Referring to the communication received by SAMA from the Communications and Information Technology Commission regarding the request to replace the unified number (9200) for all financial institutions' customer service with the toll-free unified number (800), and in addition to SAMA Circular No. 67/48007, dated 2/8/1440 H. regarding providing customers with channels for communication with financial institutions.
SAMA wishes to emphasize to all financial institutions the importance of adhering to the instructions provided in this regard and making the toll-free unified number (800) available to all customer segments.
