Referring to the communication received by the Central Bank from the Communications and Information Technology Commission regarding the request to replace the unified number (9200) for all financial institutions' customer service with the toll-free unified number (800), and in addition to Central Bank Circular No. 67/48007, dated 2/8/1440 H. Regarding the provision of communication channels for customers with financial institutions.

The central bank wishes to emphasize to all financial institutions the importance of adhering to the instructions provided in this regard and making the toll-free unified number (800) available to all customer segments.
