The Central Bank has noticed that banks and financial institutions are focusing on the marketing aspect of consumer financing products through SMS and other means in a way that does not serve the actual needs of individuals and is not aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Therefore, the Central Bank hopes that banks and financial institutions will adopt a balanced approach in marketing their financing products through all marketing channels and refrain from concentrating solely on marketing consumer financing products.
