The term monitoring agency referred to in Article 1(22) of the Law shall include the following agencies, each within its jurisdiction:

	1.	Ministry of Justice;
	2.	Ministry of Labor and Social Development;
	3.	Ministry of Trade and Investment;
	4.	Saudi Central Bank*; and
	5.	Capital Market Authority.

* The "Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency" was replaced By the "Saudi Central Bank" in accordance with The Saudi Central Bank Law No. (M/36), dated 11/04/1442H, corresponding in 26/11/2020G.
