The term monitoring agency referred to in Article 1(22) of the Law shall include the following agencies, each within its jurisdiction:
| 1. | Ministry of Justice; | |||
| 2. | Ministry of Labor and Social Development; | |||
| 3. | Ministry of Trade and Investment; | |||
| 4. | Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority; and | |||
| 5. | Capital Market Authority. | |||
