The Framework applies to all Member Organizations in the Financial Sector, which are regulated by SAMA. SAMA has the authority to select any Member Organization and request the organization to perform a red teaming test considering the emerging threat landscape or based on the latest threat intelligence. In addition, member organization can rightfully conduct red teaming tests in order to ensure security resilience.
