The competent authorities shall:

Ensure the rights of victims in the offenses set forth in this Law, through providing the proper help and support to get their rights,
2-
Provide the necessary protection to witnesses, sources, judges, prosecutors, investigators, defense counsel and others in the event of serious reasons that endanger their lives, safety, basic interests or family members to damage or danger.
