This article is amended in accordance to the Royal Decree No. (M/142) dated 19/10/1441H (corresponding to 11/06/2020).
The accused of crimes under this law may not be provisionally released except temporary by order of the Public Prosecution when there is no harm to the interest of the investigations, feared to scape or disappear.
