Second: General Provisions

  1. The operating hours of independent bank branches and independent transfer center branches shall remain as per the instructions issued by the central bank regarding them.
  2. The application of what is stated in these instructions shall not result in any violation of the provisions of the Labor Law and its executive regulations.
  3. Inform the central bank of the branches whose working hours have been extended, and any changes that may occur regarding them later.
