  1. Licensees shall submit data and reports periodically in accordance with the requirements of SAMA.
  2. The licensee shall submit to SAMA quarterly financial statements as determined by SAMA, taking into account that they are reviewed by an external auditor, and that these reports shall include any information specified by SAMA.
  3. The licensee shall submit annual financial statements reviewed and audited by an external auditor to SAMA in accordance with the provisions to be determined by the latter.
  4.  SAMA may amend and request completion of the list and contents of the reports required to be submitted by the licensee and direct the licensee to appoint an external auditor to review a designated scope of its operations and to submit a direct report to SAMA in the manner it determines.
