  1. Payment service providers shall provide access to relevant payment services in accordance with the decisions and directives in relation to open banking, cybersecurity and data privacy issued by SAMA and the competent authorities in the Kingdom.
  2. Payment service providers shall ensure that the best standards and highest levels of security are applied when storing, sharing and transferring client and consumer data, when engaging in transaction in relation to the payments account information service or payment creation service.
