  1. Taking into account the provisions of Article 90 of the Regulations, the payment service provider shall be responsible for unauthorized payment transactions.
  2. When a payment service user submits a complaint alleging a fraudulent payment transaction, the payment service provider shall deal with this complaint in accordance with the provisions of Article 129 of the Regulations.
  3. If this complaint is submitted to SAMA, the payment service provider shall prove that the relevant conditions stipulated in the Paragraph [1] of Article 75 of the Regulations are met, in addition to providing evidence thereof to SAMA for consideration and to determine the extent to which it meets those conditions.
