  1. The payee's payment service provider shall be responsible vis-à-vis the payee for properly transmitting the payment services order created by the payee to the payer's payment service provider. In the event of an incorrect transmission, it shall immediately retransmit the payment services order properly.
  2. The payee’s payment service provider shall ensure that the payment transaction is processed, given that the value of the payment transaction has been deposited in the payee’s payments account on the date of executing the transaction in a proper and timely manner.
  3. The payer's payment service provider shall be responsible vis-à-vis the payer if the payee's payment service provider can prove to the payee and to the payer's payment service provider that it is not responsible for the non-executed or incorrectly executed payment transactions.
  4. If the payer's payment service provider proves that the payer's payment service provider has received the payment transaction amount, the payer's payment service provider may date the amount on the payee's payments account as if the transaction had been properly executed.
