If a Payment Service Provider is not able to execute a Payment Services Order in a timely fashion, it must inform the Payment Service User immediately of the time by which it expects to have executed such an order.

In the event of any planned down-time of a Payment Service, a Payment Service Provider must inform each of its Payment Service Users at least five business days in advance.
