The licensee shall comply with the Regulations and all rules, decisions and circulars issued by SAMA in relation to data and technology governance requirements, in addition to any laws, regulations or decisions issued by the competent authorities in the Kingdom. The licensee shall adhere to the approved technical standards of the payment system of which he is a member or to which he is subject, as well as any other technical standards in relation to the implementation of payment transactions, including the field of payment cards and data security standards and any amendments made thereto.
