The Payment Service Provider of the Payer and the Payment Service Provider of the Payee must ensure that the full amount of the Payment Transaction is transferred to the Payee In accordance with the provisions of this Article.

The Payment Service Provider must clearly communicate to the Payer any fees or charges, and it must be shown in the transaction history, taking into account the service agreements signed with the payer.

Where the Payee and its Payment Service Provider have agreed upon a fee or charge, the amount may be deducted from the amount transferred before crediting it to the Payee’s Payment Account, provided that the fee or charge has been clearly communicated to the Payee, and shown in the transaction history provided.

In the case of a Payment Transaction initiated by the Payer, the Payer’s Payment Service Provider must ensure that the Payee receives the full amount of the Payment Transaction.

In the case of a Payment Transaction initiated by the Payee, the Payee’s Payment Service Provider must ensure that the Payee receives the full amount of the Payment Transaction.
