2-3) Data Update with Customer Presence

The exchange shop must update customer data (regarding their membership) in the following cases:

  1. Upon expiration of the ID, commercial registration, or a maximum of 3 years, whichever comes first.
  2. When there are doubts about the customer’s identification documents or the nature of their financial transactions.
  3. If financial transactions do not match the information provided to the exchange shop or if there is a change in the transaction patterns or behavior of the customer.
  4. When changing or adding beneficiaries for money transfers abroad in authorized exchange shops.
