Following SAMA's circular number BCI/150 dated 29/06/1422 H, and in order to ensure the confidentiality of financial information, we would like to emphasize the necessity of not disclosing any financial or banking information about your clients or your banking transactions to any party, whether individuals, institutions, governmental bodies, or others. Such disclosures should only occur through SAMA, and you must notify us immediately of any requests you receive from any party to obtain prior approval from SAMA before taking any action.
