Referring to Central Bank Circular No. 381000089828 dated 28/8/1438 H, which mandates banks and financing companies to document mortgage agreements according to the actual contract, to cease procedures related to property ownership transfer instead of mortgaging it, and to rectify the status of properties currently registered in the bank's name within a period not exceeding 3 years, while also informing clients of these changes.
