DTFCs can open General Accounts for legal persons (companies, institutions and licensed shops) owned by resident foreigners who are authorized to do business and are not covered by the system of foreign investment companies after obtain/meeting the following documents/requirements:
i.
Copy of the commercial register issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
ii.
Copy of the Memorandum of Association and its annexes, if any.
iii.
A list of the owners of the establishment mentioned in the Memorandum of Association and its amendments, if any, and a copy of each of them.
