We would like to inform you that complaints have been received by SAMA from commercial establishments regarding the unpreparedness of some bank branches to respond to inquiries related to the mechanism for subscribing to the Wages Protection System program and the lack of knowledge of branch employees about it. SAMA wishes to emphasize the importance of this national project and the necessity for the relevant administrations in the banks to provide the necessary training to branch employees to take the required actions when requests for joining are received from commercial establishments.
