Referring to the cash retraction feature (Time out-Cash retract) in Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), which returns the amount to the ATM in case it is not collected.

We inform you that, due to the emergence of several drawbacks in this feature, banks must stop the service effective from January 1, 2015.
