The Central Bank received a letter from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry No. 39/1/3/267/A dated 13/01/1436 H, which states that the ministry is fully prepared to launch the new version of the electronic commercial register, which will be applied across all regions of the Kingdom in November 2014. This is part of the ministry's efforts to develop its electronic services for the business sector and to provide convenient and easy services for all stakeholders and beneficiaries. Through this new version, a commercial register certificate will be issued electronically as a document with a QR code, allowing applicants to print it without needing to obtain a traditional commercial register certificate.

Therefore, we hope to recognize the electronic commercial register certificate as an official document. It can be verified by entering the registration number or by scanning the QR code through the ministry's website.
