In reference to the receipt by the Central Bank of the Ministry of Justice telegram No. (446842135) dated 18/10/1444 H, which included a request to circulate among banks and financial institutions to accept reconciliation documents issued by the Reconciliation Center that include proof of custody, based on the operational rules and procedures in reconciliation offices issued by Minister of Justice Decision No. (5595) dated 29/11/1440 H.

Accordingly, the Central Bank emphasizes that all banks and financial institutions must accept reconciliation documents issued by the Reconciliation Center that include proof of custody, for banking transactions that the custodian is authorized to conduct on behalf of the ward. The documents can be verified electronically through the Taradhi Platform Portal.
