Following up on the Central Bank Circulars No. M A T/150 dated 29/6/1422 AH, and No. M A B/97 dated 13/3/1424 AH, and No. M A SH/207 dated 5/3/1430 AH, and No. M A T/15969 dated 3/7/1431 AH, and No. M A T/6442 dated 19/3/1432 AH, as well as previous circulars regarding the mechanism for disclosing banking data and information, and the necessity to comply with not providing any information about clients without first communicating with the Central Bank and obtaining its consent.

Therefore, the Central Bank emphasizes the importance of adhering to the aforementioned circulars and not providing any financial or banking information about your clients or their banking transactions to any party, whether individuals, institutions, governmental entities, or any other local or foreign parties, unless you have consulted the Central Bank and obtained its consent.
