Therefore, SAMA emphasizes the importance of adhering to the aforementioned circulars and not providing any financial or banking information about your clients or their banking transactions to any party, whether individuals, institutions, governmental entities, or any other local or foreign parties, unless you have consulted SAMA and obtained its consent.
