Saudi Central Bank has received the letter of HE the Minister of Finance & National Economy No. 2693/403 dated 1-6-1403H, based on the order of His Majesty the President of the Council of Ministers No. 12292 dated 24-5-1403H, to the effect that the import of wheat shall be restricted to the General Institution of Silos and Flour Mills.
