Based on Article Twenty-five of the executive regulations for monitoring finance companies, issued by Royal Decree No. M/51 and dated 13/08/1433 AH, which states that "the finance company shall provide the Central Bank with professional data models at the specified times and according to the forms, conditions, and instructions determined by the Central Bank."

 

Attached is an electronic copy of the annual and quarterly professional data models for finance companies, along with the commitment to adhere to the following:

 FirstThe finance company must complete all required professional data models for the annual and quarterly reports electronically according to the approved instructions and guidelines. The Central Bank must receive these data models no later than twenty-five (25) working days from the end of March and June of each year for the annual data. Additionally, the semi-annual data must be provided within (60) sixty days from the end of the financial year in the case of the annual professional data models.`
 Secondly:

The professional data models shall be submitted after completion by the specified deadlines in an electronic format (Excel) along with a digitally signed copy of the data certification (Certification Statement) After being signed from the (Chief Accountant), and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and the CEO or Managing Director, as well as a hard copy, signed and sealed, of the professional data models.  ThirdlyThe annual professional data models should be reviewed by the External Auditor before being submitted to the Central Bank along with a signed audit certificate confirming that the data has been reviewed.
 Fourthly:

 "Based on the period specified in 'First' above, the financing company must electronically provide the Central Bank with the annual data models forms for 2014, after they have been reviewed by the company's auditor, along with a copy of the audit certificate. Additionally, the company must submit the quarterly prudential data forms for the first quarter of 2015 by no later than 13 Ramadan 1436H, corresponding to 30 June 2015. The financing company must also provide the Central Bank with the tables of the annual financial data models forms for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 by no later than 26 Dhul-Qi'dah 1436H, corresponding to 10 September 2015. The required tables for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 are as follows:"

 FifthlyFailure to submit the professional data models to the Central Bank within the specified timeframes or submission of inaccurate or inconsistent data will be considered a violation of the executive regulations for monitoring finance companies. This could result in the Central Bank taking appropriate measures against the finance company.
 Sixthly:If there are any questions regarding the professional data models, the Central Bank can be contacted via email. Also, the relevant forms and guidelines can be obtained from the Central Bank's website or by emailing the address provided.

 

 


 

In accordance with the Central Bank circular No. 41065187, dated 17/11/1441 AH, the professional data models have been updated for the annual and quarterly annual" Financing companies must adhere to the following:

First: the financing company must Ensure the data is entered correctly according to the guidelines and follow the instructions in the professional data models. "Validation rules" must be adhered to before submission.

Second: The professional data models should be completed and submitted electronically (Excel) through the specified Returns Management System (RMS) If there is any system malfunction, they should be sent via the designated email for the professional data models (fccpr@sama.gov.sa).
