Based on the powers granted to the Central Bank under its supervisory and regulatory authority derived from relevant regulations and rules, and in light of recent observations regarding the unauthorized use of the Central Bank's logo by some entities on their printed materials and publications, which could damage the reputation of the Central Bank or use the logo for commercial purposes, or to mislead customers.
Accordingly, the Central Bank emphasizes to all entities under its supervision and regulation (banks, insurance companies, financing companies, credit information companies, insurance-related professional firms, and exchange companies/institutions) that they may not use the Central Bank's logo on their printed materials and publications except in cases where such use is expressly permitted. All entities must ensure that all their branches comply with the contents of this circular. The Central Bank will take appropriate action against any violating entity in accordance with the relevant regulations.
