Referring to the arrangements made between SAMA and the Ministry of Justice regarding the procedures for benefiting from the statutory percentage of the salary deposited in the account of a customer subject to a seizure or prohibition order. I would like to inform you of the following:

            First: Allow cash withdrawals of amounts exempted from seizure in bank accounts frozen by court orders, including the statutory percentage of salaries through ATM cards.

            Second: Exempt the issuance or renewal of ATM cards from the services prohibited for those subject to a prohibition order.

            Third: Establish procedures and controls to ensure that what is mentioned in paragraphs (First) and (Second) does not violate the application of the rules for seizure and prohibition.
