In addition to the Central Bank's circular number 72203/67 dated 4/12/1440 AH, regarding the principles of conduct and work ethics in financial institutions aimed at promoting workplace discipline, integrity, transparency, objectivity, competence, loyalty, and efficiency in the behavior of financial institution employees while performing their duties and job responsibilities.
I inform you that it has been decided to include exchange companies and establishments operating in the Kingdom within the scope of the definition of financial institutions as stated in the principles of conduct and work ethics in financial institutions.
