Based on the provision of item (3) of paragraph (a) of Article Twenty-Nine of the regulations governing the practice of currency exchange operations issued by the Minister of Finance's Resolution No. (4686) dated 21/11/1441H, which states: "The currency exchange center must provide periodic data to the Central Bank that includes information about the center's operations, including, but not limited to, the following: 3- Submission of employee data."

Accordingly, we inform you that the employee data collection form has been updated, and it must be submitted to the Central Bank on a quarterly basis within fifteen days from the end of the quarter, starting from the fourth quarter of 2020. The updated form will be provided to you via email.

The Central Bank emphasizes the importance of complying with the update mentioned above. Please note that the Central Bank will take all necessary legal measures against currency exchange centers that violate the provisions of this circular.
