These Rules shall come into force starting from 1 October 2022. All Banks should develop/update their current Investment Policy, procedures and Strategy to be in -line with the requirements prescribed in these Rules.
9.2
Any violation or circumvention of these Rules may warrant the appropriate regulatory action by SAMA.
