In the event of the Finance Company assigns its rights to a third party or the Finance Agreement itself, to a third party or issuance of securities against the rights arising out of the Finance Agreement, the Borrower is entitled to use against the assignee any defense available to him against the original Finance Company.

The Finance Company shall receive a non-objecting letter from SAMA, before assigning the services related to the Finance to another party.
