In accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of the Law, the Finance Company may issue securities only after obtaining a non-objecting letter from SAMA.
2.
The Finance Company may not dispose finance assets or rights arising therefrom in any form except in accordance with the rules issued by SAMA in this regard.
3.
The Finance Company must comply with the rules and instructions issued by SAMA in this regard.
