  1. Any payment service provider licensed under the regulatory rules for payment service providers shall be considered licensed in accordance with these Regulations and subject thereto as of the date the said Regulations come into force.
  2. The payment service provider or payment system operator shall, under the Law and Regulations, submit a plan explaining corrective measures to comply with the provisions of the Law and Regulations, provided that the same does not exceed six months from the effective date of the Regulations.
