The SAMA may request the submission of a report on any subject regarding which the SAMA has previously requested specific information, or within the powers of the SAMA to request information regarding it or the submission of specific documents necessary to achieve the objectives of the Law with regard to any of the following:

A.	Payment service provider;
B.	Payment systems operator;
C.	A member who occupies a senior position, employee, agent or external auditor of a payment service provider or payment systems operator; or
D.	The controller.

The person designated to submit any report in accordance with the provisions of the foregoing paragraph shall be nominated or approved by the SAMA and, at the discretion of the SAMA, have the necessary skills to draw up the required report.
