- Inspectors, who are appointed by a decision from the Governor in accordance with Paragraph 1 of Article 15 of the Law, shall be responsible for receiving reports, collecting information, seizing the necessary evidence and completing regulatory procedures.
- Inspectors may seek the assistance of criminal investigation officers if necessary.
- Inspectors may seek the assistance of specialists from individuals or companies when conducting oversight, inspection and seizure of materials in relation to violations. The task of these specialists shall be limited to identifying the places and materials that the investigation requires inspection and seizure.
- Any regulations, rules, procedures and approvals relating to their mission shall apply to inspectors.
