Without prejudice to any other powers of SAMA, SAMA may appoint one or more persons not affiliated therewith to examine and inspect the payment system or the service provider associated with the payment system and all services provided by the service provider. The payment system operator shall, in accordance with the written permission granted to the person appointed by SAMA, to take the following measures:
| A. | Grant the inspector access, upon request and at any time, to the premises in which or through which any part of the payment system is operated, as the case may be, or the premises in which or through which any part of the services is provided. | ||
| B. | Cooperate with the inspector and provide all data, information and documents necessary to perform his duties. | ||
