SAMA may instruct the payment system operator to take any action to verify the compliance of the payment system with the provisions of the Law and Regulations, provided that the instructions include the justifications and procedures to be taken or set the standards to be met in operating the system or the services provided through the same, during the specified period according to what SAMA deems appropriate.
