  1. The SAMA may request any information or documents from the payment system operator or any of its members when exercising its duties and powers under the Law and Regulations.
  2. Without prejudice to any other powers of the SAMA, the payment system operator or member of the payment system shall submit the required information or documents within the period specified in the application, and the payment system operator shall verify that the relevant member submits the required information or documents. .
  3. The SAMA may examine any books, accounts or operations of the payment system operator in the performance of its duties, and the payment system operator shall ensure that all its members cooperate as required.
  4. The SAMA may request the payment system operator or its member to submit a report draw up by one or more auditors on the issues required by the SAMA to perform its duties and exercise its powers under the Law and Regulations, and the payment system operator shall ensure the cooperation of the relevant member as required.
