Before creating a payment services order, the payment creation service provider shall provide the payer with clear and comprehensive information in the agreed upon language, which shall include, as a minimum, the following details:
A.
Name of the payment creation service provider.
B.
The headquarters of the payment creation service provider.
C.
The address of the agent’s main headquarters or the branches through which the payment creation service provider provides services in the Kingdom - as the case may be.
D.
Contact information for contacting the payment creation service provider, including email address.
E.
Contact information of SAMA.

Immediately after creating a payment services order, the payment creation service provider shall provide to the payer and to the payee - as applicable - the following:
A.
Confirmation that the payment services order has been fully created with the payer's payments account service provider.
B.
A reference that enables the payer and payee to identify the payment transactions and enables the payee to identify the payer and any information transferred with the payment services order.
C.
The amount of the payment transaction.
D.
The amount and details of the costs due to the payment creation service provider, if any.
E.
Provide the payer's payments account service provider with a payment transaction reference.
