  1. The payer shall request a refund from the payee's payment service provider for any payment authorized by or through the payee within eight weeks from the date the funds were debited.
  2. The payment service provider may request the payer to provide the information reasonably necessary to prove that the conditions contained in Article [90.1] of the Regulations are met, and he may not refuse to refund the amounts until he receives such information from the payer.
  3. The payment service provider shall refund the full amount to the payee for the payment transaction or justify the rejection within ten working days of receiving the request or within ten working days of receiving any additional information requested, with reference to the authorities to which the payer may refer the matter if the payer does not accept the justification provided.
