If the payment service provider assigns the liability under Chapter VI of the Regulations to another payment service provider, such as responsibility for unauthorized, erroneous, non-executed or late payments, or when liability arises as a result of the other payment service provider’s failure to take measures to authenticate the payment service user in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations, instructions and circulars, the entrusted payment service provider shall compensate the entrusted payment service provider for any losses incurred or amounts paid.
