  1. The payment transactions are considered authorized by the payer if the payer authorizes them to be carried out, according to the method agreed upon with the payment service provider.
  2. If the payer claims that it did not authorize an executed payment transaction or that the payment transaction was not properly executed by the payment service provider, the payment service provider shall prove that the payment transaction was not defective and that it was accurately certified and recorded.
  3. If the payment service provider claims that the payer acted in a fraudulent manner, the payment service provider shall prove the same and produce supporting evidence during the dispute settlement process.
  4. The payment creation service provider shall, within the limits of its competence and when executing a payment transaction, prove that the payment transaction has been accurately certified and recorded and that it does not include a deficiency arising from the payment creation service.
