  1. The payee's payment service provider shall state the date the payment transaction amount was credited to the payee's payments account on the working day on which the deposit was made into the payment service provider's account.
  2. The payment service provider shall ensure that the payment transaction amount is placed at the payee's disposal immediately after depositing this amount into the payment service provider's account, unless the same requires additional time to carry out the currency exchange, which shall be carried out as quickly as possible.
  3. The date the value was deducted from the payer's payments account shall not be earlier than the time when the payment transaction amount was debited to the payer's payments account.
