  1. Both the payment service provider of the payer and the payment service provider of the payee shall ensure that the full amount of the payment transaction is transferred to the payee in accordance with the provisions of this Article.
  2. The payment service provider shall clearly notify the payer of any fees or costs and include the same in the record of the transactions carried out, taking into account the service agreements signed therewith.
  3. If the payee and his payment service provider agree on fees or costs, they may be deducted from the transferred amount before being deposited in the payee’s payments account, provided that the fees or costs are clearly communicated to the payee and included in the record of the carried out transactions.
  4. The payer's payment service provider shall ensure that the payee receives the full amount of the payment transaction in the event that the payment transaction is carried out by the payer.
  5. The payee’s payment service provider shall ensure that the payee receives the full amount of the payment transaction in the event that the payment transaction is carried out by the payee.
