  1. The payment service user may not cancel a payment services order after it has been received by the payer's payment service provider.
  2. The payer may not cancel a payment services order after authorizing the payment creation service provider to create the payment transaction or authorizing the payee to carry out the payment transaction.
  3. The payer may not cancel the payment services order for direct debit transactions after the end of the working day preceding the day on which the money debit was agreed to be carried out.
  4. The payment service user may not cancel a payment services order after the end of the working day preceding the day on which the order was agreed to be carried out.
  5. It is prohibited to cancel a payment services order after the expiry of the cancellation period referred to in this Article, unless the cancellation is agreed upon between the payment service user and the payment service provider or an agreement is concluded with the payee for the payment transactions made by or through him, including direct debit transactions.
  6. The payment service user shall not bear any fees against a canceled payment services order, unless his contract concluded with the payment service provider provides for otherwise.
