  1. The payment service provider shall be prohibited from executing any payment transaction except upon receipt of a payment services order.
  2. If the payment services order is received during the working hours specified by the payment service provider, it shall be considered received on the same working day, and if the payment services order is received outside the working hours, the order shall be considered received at the beginning of the following working day.
  3. The execution of a payment services order may be scheduled to be executed on a future date or time agreed upon between the payer and the payment service provider or on the date on which the payer has placed the funds at the disposal of the payment service provider.
