Immediately upon receipt of an order for payment services under a one-time payments contract, the payment service provider shall provide the payer with the following information:
| A. | A reference that enables the payer to identify its payment transaction, as well as information about the payee. | ||
| B. | The payment transaction amount in the currency used in the payment services order. | ||
| C. | Details of the fees payable by the payment service user for the service. | ||
| D. | The actual rate used in the payment transaction and the amount of the payment transaction after currency exchange when the exchange rate is used in the payment transaction. | ||
| E. | The date the payment services order was received. | ||
